Contact data: name, form of address (sex), email address, phone number, canton, preferred consultation language.

Buyer request data: target price, initial payment (advance rent), affordable monthly rent, make, model, year and mileage range, condition, notes.

Investor data: financing capacity, maximum price per vehicle, target volume, intended vehicle usage, notes.

Further data: referral source, timestamp of your consent, processing status of your request.

Technical data: server log data such as IP address, timestamp and page requested, arising from operating the website.

We process your data to review your request, identify suitable counterparties, advise you personally and prepare a contract between the parties. The basis is your consent and the initiation and performance of the advisory relationship.

We do not use your data for automated decisions with legal effect and we build no profiles for advertising purposes.

During matchmaking, a potential counterparty initially receives anonymised details only (e.g. price range, vehicle class, canton, intended usage) — without your name and without your contact details.

We disclose your identity and contact details only after you have expressly agreed in the individual case.

Disclosure to authorities or courts occurs only where we are legally obliged to do so.

The website and database are operated with technical service providers (hosting and database providers) acting as our processors under confidentiality obligations. We use a mail provider for sending and receiving email; your replies to our messages are stored together with our message history for your request.

Cross-border disclosure may occur; it takes place only to countries with adequate protection or on the basis of recognised contractual safeguards.

We retain request data for as long as needed for advice and matchmaking, at most 24 months after the last contact. Data on concluded cases is retained in line with statutory retention periods. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to information, rectification, deletion and data portability, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal ends further processing but does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

We use strictly necessary storage only: your language preference, your session when using the status login, and your choice on the cookie notice.

We use no analytics or advertising trackers, embed no ad networks and do not sell data. Declining the notice therefore does not change how the site works.

Transmission is encrypted (TLS). Access to request data is limited to authorised team members and enforced technically. Through the status login you see only requests tied to your own email address.
